Clinical particulars
Molsidomine is indicated for the treatment of hypertension either alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, including ß-adrenoceptor antagonists, diuretics, and ACE-inhibitors.
Contraindications
Molsidomine should only be used with great care in patients with a previous allergic reaction to another dihydropyridine because there is a theoretical risk of cross-reactivity.
